Adjustable Shelf for Storage Bin Organizers

Summary:
Have been looking for a way to organize my various electronic parts, nails, screws, etc. Have seen ideas around about using portable bin organizers, but then I started getting a collection of those. So I was needing a solution to organize my organizers.
